• Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for timely delivery and customer service.
• Returns & Refunds: Must comply with blackEX return policies.
• Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax regulations.

Guidance: Vendors should retain documentation and receipts. Use original content and avoid copyright violations.

4. Streaming Services & Content Usage

• Streaming content via blackEX is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Users may not download, reproduce, or redistribute any streamed content unless expressly permitted.
• blackEX reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be misusing streaming capabilities.

Guidance: Respect licensing agreements. Streaming services are monitored to ensure compliance with content usage laws.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs on blackEX are the property of their respective owners.
• Uploading content that infringes on third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Guidance: Vendors and users should ensure they have full rights or licenses for all uploaded media and content.

6. Purchasing, Payments & Fees

• Payments made on blackEX are processed via secure gateways including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, and authorized alternatives.
• blackEX does not store complete payment information.
• Some services may carry transaction or subscription fees, which will be clearly disclosed.

Guidance: Always verify payment details before completing a transaction. Contact support for payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• blackEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Platform access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events.

8. Termination & Suspension

• blackEX may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
