blackEX collects information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. The types of information collected may include, but are not limited to:
- Account Identifiers: Such as a user’s name, email address, username, and other registration details provided during account creation or account management.
- Authentication and Access Logs: Records related to login activity, authentication attempts, access times, and session information used to protect accounts and enforce security controls.

blackEX collects only the minimum amount of data reasonably necessary for these purposes and does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless required for lawful and disclosed business purposes.

blackEX collects and processes personal and technical information for the following legitimate business purposes:
- Service Delivery and Security: To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Platform, including authentication, authorization, access control, and system integrity.

blackEX takes reasonable steps to ensure that any data sharing is consistent with this Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable U.S. laws and contractual obligations, users may request:
- Access: Confirmation of whether blackEX processes their personal data and access to such data where legally permissible.
- Correction: Correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information maintained by blackEX.
- Deletion: Deletion of personal data where permitted by law and not subject to retention requirements for security, legal, or contractual purposes.
