At blackEX, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and returns may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Physical Goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Digital Products (e.g., streaming content, eBooks) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except in the case of:
- Technical errors that prevent usage.
- Duplicate purchases.
- Defective or corrupted files.
2. Vendor-Specific Products
Since blackEX is a marketplace platform, individual vendors may have their own return and refund policies. These vendor-specific policies will be clearly stated on their product pages. When purchasing from a vendor, you agree to abide by their stated return terms.
If a vendor fails to honor a legitimate return or refund request, blackEX will investigate and may intervene to ensure resolution in line with this policy.
3. Return Requirements for Physical Goods
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Items returned without authorization or beyond the return window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
4. Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@blackEX.black within the return window.
- Include your order number, reason for the return, and any applicable photos or documentation.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
- Digital or downloadable products that have already been accessed.
- Customized or personalized goods unless defective.
Streaming content and subscription access are non-refundable once streaming has started. Exceptions may apply in the case of:
- Server errors preventing access.
- Duplicate subscriptions.
- Unintentional charges reported within 72 hours of transaction.
For subscription cancellations, users must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Include images and a description of the issue in your support ticket.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
